From 20:30 UTC on January, 27th to 00:30 UTC on January, 28th we were experiencing possible delays with the processing of the exchanges.
We are happy to announce that the problem has been successfully resolved, and all affected exchanges have been processed. At the moment the service is working as usual, but if you are still experiencing this issue, please, let us know.

Hey! Just a heads-up — at the moment the service is working as usual, but we still may experience temporary delays with exchanges processing.
The issue occurred due to unscheduled maintenance on the side of our liquidity provider. Our tech team is on it and already working on a fix.

Since 20:30 UTC we are experiencing delays with exchanges processing.
As a result, users may notice delays in changing status from "Exchanging" and "Sending to you" on the exchange page. Our technical team is investigating the cause and is already working on a solution.
