Update - We would like to notify you that the processing of BTG and BSV exchanges may be delayed due to their network's peculiarity.

Currently, the transactions need more time than usual to be confirmed in these networks. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the network speed, but we will keep you updated once the BTG and BSV networks' peculiarity issue is resolved. Identified - From 22:00 UTC on April 3, we are experiencing issues with BTG exchanges processing.
As a result, users may notice that there is no status change from "exchanging" on the exchange page. The issue occurred due to delays in updating data on the current liquidity balance because of BTG network peculiarity.

Investigating - From 13:30 UTC we are experiencing issues with recognizing users' deposits and payouts processing in TON network.

As a result, users may notice no status change from "awaiting deposit" to "confirming" and from "sending to you" on the exchange page after sending the deposit. Our technical team is investigating the cause and is already working on a solution.
