Investigating - Since 03:00 AM UTC, we have been experiencing issues with ZEC exchange processing due to orphaned block on the network side and the resulting unavailability of liquidity from our providers.
As a result, users may notice that there is no status change from "sending to you" on the exchange page. Our technical team is already working on a solution.
ZEC is currently unavailable for new exchanges to prevent additional affected transactions.
