Hey! Just a heads-up — today, between 14:18 and 17:10 UTC, we were experiencing issues with processing exchanges to BTC.

Good news though — the issue has been sorted, and all the affected payouts have been processed. Everything’s back to normal now, but if you're still having trouble, please let us know.

Since 14:18 UTC we are experiencing issues with processing exchanges to BTC.
As a result, users may notice no status change from "exchanging" on the exchange page.
Our technical team is already working on a solution. We’ll update you as soon as we can.
