Hey! Just a heads-up — today, between 14:20 and 16:55 UTC, we had some delays with processing XMR exchanges.

Good news though — the issue has been sorted, and all the affected payouts have been processed. Everything’s back to normal now, but if you're still having trouble, please let us know.

Since 14:20 UTC, we're having some issues with XMR exchanges processing.

Due to this, you may notice that the exchange status is stuck on "sending to you" or "Exchanging", and it will not update.
Our tech team is on it and already working on a fix.
