Today from 08:40 AM to 10:40 AM UTC we were experiencing delays with BTC exchanges processing.

We are happy to announce that the problem has been successfully resolved, and all affected exchanges have been processed.
At the moment the service is working as usual, but if you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know.

From 08:40 AM UTC, we are experiencing issues with BTC exchanges processing.

As a result, there may be no status change from "awaiting deposit" and "sending to you" on the exchange page.
The issue occurred due to increased fees in the coin network.

Our technical team is already working on a solution.
We will keep you updated.
