Hey! Just a heads-up — today, between 04:00 and 06:30 UTC, we had some delays with processing XMR payouts.

Good news though — the issue has been sorted, and all the affected payouts have been processed. Everything’s back to normal now, but if you're still having trouble, please let us know.

Since 04:00 UTC, we're having some delays with processing XMR payouts. The issue occurred due to delays in updating data on the current liquidity balance on our side.

Because of that, you might see the status stuck on "sending to you" and it won't update.
Our tech team is on it and already working on a fix.
