From 05:30 UTC to 06:40 UTC we were experiencing issues with exchanges processing.

The good news — the issues have been sorted now, and all the affected payouts have been processed.

From 05:30 UTC we are experiencing issues with exchanges processing.

As a result, users may notice that there is no status change from "exchanging" on the exchange page.
Our technical team is investigating the cause and is already working on a solution.
