From 14:00 UTC to 14:30 UTC we were experiencing issues with payouts and partner rewards processing time

We are happy to announce that the issue has been successfully resolved and the team is processing all affected exchanges.

Investigating

From 14:00 UTC we are experiencing temporary issues with payouts and partner rewards processing time due to technical maintenance on our side.

As a result, you may notice no status change from "sending to you" on the exchange page.
All affected exchanges will be processed as usual after completion of the maintenance.

We will notify you once it is completed. We apologize for any inconvenience.
