Today, between 17:28 and 18:50 UTC, we had some issues with processing on the ATOM exchanges.

The issue is now fixed, and all the unprocessed exchanges have been completed. Everything should be working fine now, but if you're still having problems, please let us know.

Since 17:28 UTC, we've been experiencing some issues with processing on the ATOM exchanges.

This means that you might see the status stuck on 'Awaiting deposit' or 'Sending to you' on the exchange page. Our tech team is already looking into it and working on a fix.
