We would like to remind you that on September 15 approximately between 03:00 and 04:00 UTC the final stage of the hard fork will take place in the Ethereum network.
During the fork, the following changes may be observed in the service: Customers may observe a delay in exchanges with ETH and ERC20 tokens at the “Awaiting deposit” and “Sending to you” statuses When creating exchanges via the API, the “waiting” and “sending” statuses may also be updated with a delay. Token swap migration system for AWC, BNB, and NOW tokens (ERC20) will be unavailable. During the update, partner withdrawals in ETH and ERC-20 tokens will not be available. Withdrawals can be created, but their processing will be completed after the end of the fork.
We do not plan to disable the mentioned assets. Throughout the hard fork, the team will do everything to ensure that the update passes as unnoticed as possible for our partners and users, and now we are already conducting preparatory work to be ready for all possible scenarios and secure the stability of the service. Please let us know if you experience any problems with the service during the hardfork. We will additionally notify you about the start and end of the hardfork. Thank you for understanding!
