Today from 13:55 to 15:55 UTC we were experiencing issues with recognizing user deposits on the SOL network.

We are happy to announce that the problem has been successfully resolved, and all unrecognized exchanges have been processed.
At the moment the service is working as usual, but if you are still experiencing this issue, please, let us know.

We identified the reason for the delay in the recognition of deposits.
The issue occurred due to the incorrect operation of the internal service responsible for recognizing deposits.

We are currently experiencing issues with recognizing user deposits on the SOL network only.

Our technical team is already working on a fix.

Investigating
From 13:55 UTC we are experiencing problems with recognizing users' deposits with the following networks:
APT, ARB, AVAXC, BASE, FTM, INJ, KAS, LNA, MATIC, OPBNB, SOL

As a result, users may notice no status change from "awaiting deposit" to "confirming" on the exchange page after sending the deposit.
Our technical team is investigating the cause and is already working on a solution.
