Today from 15:10 to 16:00 UTC we were experiencing delays with exchanges processing.

We are happy to announce that the problem has been successfully resolved, and all affected exchanges have been processed.

Investigating

From 15:10 UTC we are experiencing issues with exchanges processing.

As a result, users may notice no status change from "confirming" to "exchanging" on the exchange page after sending the deposit.
Our technical team is investigating the cause and is already working on a solution.
