As a result, users may notice that there is no status change from "exchanging" and "sending to you" on the exchange page. Please note that these delays are only probabilities and may not occur. Our service is already prepared for technical maintenance and it should not affect users' exchanges. We will also provide a separate update if we notice unplanned delays.
