Hey! Just a heads-up — today, between 16:30 and 19:50 UTC, we had some delays with processing XMR exchanges.

Good news though — the issue has been sorted, and all the affected exchanges have been processed. Everything’s back to normal now, but if you're still having trouble, please let us know.

Since 16:30 UTC, we've been experiencing some issues with processing on the XMR exchanges.

This means that you might see the status stuck on 'exchanging' on the exchange page. The delays are related to the operation of the XMR network. Our tech team is already looking into it.
