We identified the reason for the delay in processing conversions, rewards, and exchanges. The issue happened due to unplanned maintenance on the infrastructure provider side which caused a malfunction in communication between internal services. The team has restored the API functionality, however, if you are still experiencing issues, please wait until the incident is resolved. Our technical team is already working on fixing the remaining affected parts of the service. We will keep you updated.

From 21:15 UTC we are experiencing issues with the processing of conversions, rewards, and exchanges, with the availability of our API and its response time. As a result, users and partners may receive errors or notice that exchanges/conversions have not changed status. Our technical team is investigating the cause and is already working on a solution.
