Today from 06:00 to 08:35 UTC we were experiencing delays with AVAXC payouts processing.

We are happy to announce that the problem has been successfully resolved, and all affected exchanges have been processed.

Investigating

As of 06:00 UTC, we have been experiencing issues with the recognition of AVAXC and its tokens deposits.

As a result, users may notice no status change from "awaiting deposit" to "confirming" on the exchange page after sending the deposit.
Our team is already working on this.
