Update
We would like to notify you that on May 27, during the day an upgrade will take place on the NEO network. Due to the update, there may be delays in processing payouts and exchanges with NEO, GAS and NEON3.
In view of this, on the page of affected exchanges, the status of "Exchanging" and "Sending to you" may be updated longer than usual.
We will also make sure to post a separate notification as soon as it starts. We apologize for the inconvenience.
