Today from 12:40 to 14:10 UTC we were experiencing delays with exchanges processing in AVAXC network.
We are happy to announce that the problem has been successfully resolved, and all affected exchanges have been processed. At the moment the service is working as usual, but if you are still experiencing this issue, please, let us know.

From 12:40 UTC we are experiencing issues with exchanges processing in AVAXC network.
As a result, users may notice that there is no status change from "exchanging" and "sending to you" on the exchange page. Users may also notice that the status of the exchange does not change from "confirming".
The issue occurred due to the fact that the block data in AVAXC block explorer is currently not up to date (https://snowtrace.io/).
We will come back with an update as soon as there is any news from the team.
