The delays were caused by liquidity issues due to yesterday's delays in processing ETH payments, which led to an internal transaction getting stuck and a queue forming.

From 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM UTC we were experiencing issues with ETHARB payouts processing.
We are happy to announce that the problem has been successfully resolved, and all affected exchanges have been processed. We are investigating the cause and will inform you with a separate notification as soon as we finish the investigation. At the moment the service is working as usual, but if you are still experiencing this issue, please, let us know.

From 2:00 PM UTC we are experiencing issues with ETHARB payouts processing. As a result, users may notice that there is no status change from "sending to you" on the exchange page.
