Today from 21:20 to 23:20 UTC, we were experiencing delays with payouts processing.

We are happy to announce that the issue has been successfully resolved, and all affected exchanges have been processed.
The service is working as usual now, but if you are still experiencing this issue, please, let us know.

Investigating

From 21:20 UTC, we are experiencing issues with payouts processing.
As a result, users may notice no status change from "sending to you" on the exchange page.
The issue did occur on the side of our node provider. Our technical team is working on a solution.
We will get back to you with an update as soon as we receive any news from the team.
