Today from 10:58 UTC to 13:20 UTC we were experiencing issues with recognizing user deposits on the BASE network.

We are happy to announce that the issue has been successfully resolved, and all affected exchanges have been processed.
At the moment the service is working as usual, but if you are still experiencing this issue, please, let us know.

Investigating

From 10:58 UTC, we have been experiencing issues with recognizing users' deposits in the BASE network.

As a result, users may notice no status change from "awaiting deposit" to "confirming" on the exchange page after sending the deposit.
Our technical team is investigating the cause and is already working on a solution.

We will get back to you with an update as soon as possible.
