Update

Today from 07:40 UTC to 08:30 UTC we were experiencing delays with XMR exchanges processing.

We are happy to announce that the issue has been successfully resolved and all affected exchanges have been processed.
At the moment the service is working as usual, but if you are still experiencing this issue, please let us know.

Investigating

From 07:40 UTC, we are experiencing issues with XMR exchanges processing.

As a result, users may notice that there is no status change from "exchanging" on the exchange page.
Our technical team is investigating the cause and is already working on a solution.
