Today from 10:15 to 11:40 UTC we were experiencing issues with recognizing ADA, APT, AVAX, AVAXC, BCH, BSC, BTC, CELO, CRO, CROEVM, CSPR, DIVI, ETC, ETH, ETHW, FLR, FTM, KLAY, MATICMAINNET, NEAR, OP, SOL, SXP, TON, TRX, XDC, XMR, ZEC, ZEN tokens and its networks deposits.

We are happy to announce that the problem has been successfully resolved, the team is working on proceeding affected exchanges. The issue occurred due to inter-server communication failure.
At the moment the service is working as usual, but if you are still experiencing this issue, please, let us know.

From 10:15 UTC we are experiencing problems with recognizing ADA, APT, AVAX, AVAXC, BCH, BSC, BTC, CELO, CRO, CROEVM, CSPR, DIVI, ETC, ETH, ETHW, FLR, FTM, KLAY, MATICMAINNET, NEAR, OP, SOL, SXP, TON, TRX, XDC, XMR, ZEC, ZEN tokens and its networks deposits.

As a result, users may notice no status change from "awaiting deposit" to "confirming" on the exchange page after sending the deposit.
Our technical team is investigating the cause and is already working on a solution.
