Today from 10:20 AM (UTC) to 05:48 PM (UTC) there was a POLYGON hard fork. We are happy to announce that the hard fork has been successfully completed, and all affected exchanges have been processed.
At the moment the service is working as usual.

Update
We would like to remind you that on January, 17 from 10:20 AM (UTC) a hard fork will take place in the Polygon network. Because of this, there may be delays in recognizing deposits and payouts' processing of MATIC and tokens.
As a result, users may notice no status change on the exchange page after sending the deposit.
Statuses may also be updated with a delay when creating exchanges via the API.
Disabling assets is not planned. All affected exchanges will be processed as usual. We will also make sure to post a separate notification as soon as it ends.
