Today, between 21:00 and 00:20 UTC, we had some delays with processing _SOL exchanges.

The issue is now fixed, and all the unprocessed exchanges have been completed. Everything should be working fine now, but if you're still having problems, please let us know.

Since 21:00 UTC, we've been experiencing some delays with processing SOL exchanges.

This means that you might see the status stuck on 'Exchanging' on the exchange page. Our tech team is already looking into it and working on a fix.
