The issue that caused this incident has been resolved and all the new exchanges are being processed as usual!
At the moment we are still working on few stuck orders, but the majority is processed.

Since 18:15 UTC, we're having some issues with processing ERC20 tokens payouts. Because of that, you might see the status stuck on "sending to you" and it won't update. Our tech team is on it and already working on a fix. We’ll update you in several hours.
